About payments

· 3D Authorized Service not completed: Complete the 3D Secure authentication properly, ensuring you enter the correct verification code or password when prompted.
· International Transaction Block: Notify your card issuer in advance when making international purchases or ask them to enable international transactions.
· Exceeded Transaction Limits: Check your card’s daily or transaction limits with your bank. If needed, request a temporary increase in your limit or wait until the next day to retry the transaction.
· System error: Retry the payment after a few minutes, or try using a different browser, device, or network connection.

 · Insufficient Funds: Add funds to your PayPal account or ensure the linked bank account or card has sufficient balance to cover the payment.
· Payment is declined:: Contact your card issuer to check why the card was declined, or use an alternative funding source such as another card or bank account.
· Security and Fraud Prevention: Confirm your identity through any additional security steps PayPal requires (e.g., answering security questions or receiving a verification code via email or text). You may also need to contact PayPal’s customer support to resolve security issues.
· Transaction Limit Exceeded: Verify and increase your transaction limits by completing your PayPal account verification process, which may include confirming your bank account, card, or providing personal ID.

Products & Shippment - General questions

With the exception of some widely known man-made materials such as sandstone, opalite (which we clearly label as synthetic in the product details), all our crystals are entirely natural. If desired, we can provide certification upon request (additional appraisal fees apply).

Once your items are packaged and ready, we will notify you with the tracking number for your parcel. Occasionally, there may be delays in the tracking information being updated. However, you can reach out to our customer service for the latest logistics details or use https://www.17track.net/en to track your international shipment.

We only offer air shipping on our website. After you complete the payment, your items will be packaged and handed over to the logistics provider within 0-2 business days. Depending on the distance to different countries, it typically takes 7-15 days for you to receive your package. Some pre-ordered or custom-made items may require an additional production time of around 30 days.
