Orde rover $100 enjoy free standard shipping worldwide (air&sea). For order below $100, additional shipping fee will be charged. The shipping fee will be determined based on the actual size and weight of the package (other regions may vary).

Return & Refund Policy
·Delivered Failed
If your package cannot be delivered successfully, we contact you timely but you do not reply us within one month, this will be considered as you automatically giving up the package. Because the courier company will not keep one package for one month.
·Damaged Packages
If you discover any damage during the unpacking process, please contact us promptly within 3 days after receiving the package.
Due to the high cost of international logistics, we are unable to accept returns, but we will definitely provide a reasonable compensation solution, such as a refund or free replacement of the damaged item.
Please keep evidence such as your unboxing video and photos. If the external packaging of the product is damaged, please inform us immediately. We will appropriately file a claim with the logistics company.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
